I will say, it took me almost placing myself in a mental health facility to realize the toxicity of the industry I had known for a quarter of a century. Thank you for your support! Still learning to navigate this new path, but I think I've learned how to avoid the poison ivy.
Ah, fair! I'm grateful for the support system I have, especially in the poetry community. Gratefully, I found a therapist who really helps on top of that.
